Soaking Up The Sun at Cannes 2023

The sun was shining bright when I arrived in Cannes last year (2023) for the film festival. My advice – bring your sunglasses!  I love the French restaurants in the Old Town, we had several delicious meals there –  salmon, oysters and omelettes.

Here I am getting ready for my first meeting in the Marche, after collecting our accreditation badges and checking out the floor maps, the Susan Mears Agency team were ready to go.

Afterwards, we had lunch in the Marche’s cafe before heading to our next meeting.

Time for a quick coffee and off we go again visiting several booths on the upper floors, swopping business cards and meeting lovely people along the way.

In the evening I was charged with helping a client take her precious pet to the red carpet for a premiere. The beautiful dog wore a dress fit for the occasion and many stops were made along the promenade for her new fans to take photos of her glamorous looks. And that was all on the first day!
